Group Training


From Monday to Saturday we guide small groups up to max. 12 people through a specific training. Our trainers monitor the movements and the execution of the exercises in detail, so that a high-quality training is guaranteed. The courses can be set up consecutively or chosen flexibly and freely. The training is optimal for beginners without previous knowledge as well as advanced or competition athletes.
